Teamflow app
Terms of use
Rules for accessing and using the Teamflow app (iOS and Android).
Version 2026-11-01
Last update: 1 November 2026. Version: 2026-11-01.
These terms of use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the Teamflow mobile app. The marketing site is informational; the contact form does not create an account. The privacy policy describes data processing.
By creating an account or using the app, you accept the Terms. If you do not agree, do not install the app and do not open an account.
Publisher and service
The service is published by F. Cárdenas (details in the legal notice).
Teamflow is a team-management tool: organisations, members, documents, calendar and lists, according to the features enabled for your account. It is not network-marketing advice, nor a guarantee of commercial results.
Some features may be reserved to premium accounts or switched off by the publisher. Any purchase through the App Store or Google Play is governed by Apple’s or Google’s terms; the publisher is not a party to that distribution contract.
Age and capacity
The service is for persons aged at least 18 with capacity to contract. By opening an account, you confirm this.
Account
Sign-up uses email and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Report any suspected misuse via the contact form without delay.
You must provide accurate information. One personal account: impersonation, password sharing or resale of access is forbidden.
The publisher may refuse, suspend or close an account for breach of the Terms, security risk, or a legal duty.
Acceptable use
You agree to:
- use the service only lawfully, including employment, consumer and solicitation rules if you invite third parties;
- not post unlawful, defamatory, violent or discriminatory content, or content that infringes third-party rights (privacy, intellectual property);
- not bypass access rights, bulk-extract data, scan the service, or introduce malware;
- not invite into a team a person with no connection to your organisation, and to protect the invite code;
- respect product visibility (you may see more about your downline than cousins see about yours).
A manager who invites a member is responsible, vis-à-vis the publisher, for the lawfulness of that invitation. Content you upload (documents, events, lists, photos, text) remains your responsibility.
Your content
You retain the rights you hold in your content. You grant the publisher a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence, for as long as needed to run the service, to host, reproduce and display that content only to persons authorised under the product’s visibility rules.
You warrant that you have the necessary rights (including for photos and third-party files). The publisher may remove content that is manifestly unlawful or reported, without a general monitoring duty.
Sharing outside the app (phone share features) is an act you decide; the publisher does not control those recipients.
Intellectual property
The app, its structure, trade marks, visuals and code are owned by the publisher or its licensors. The Terms transfer no ownership. Unauthorised reproduction or extraction is prohibited, subject to legal exceptions.
Availability
The service is provided “as is”. The publisher endeavours to keep it available but does not warrant uninterrupted access or freedom from errors. Maintenance, outages or changes may occur without giving rise to compensation, except in case of the publisher’s fault.
Marketing-site screenshots may differ from the version published on the stores.
You should keep a copy of important documents: the publisher is not a legal-archiving service.
Liability
The service is a software tool. The publisher is not liable for decisions taken in your network, relations between members, or content exchanged between users.
To the extent permitted by law, the publisher’s liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damage resulting from a breach attributable to it. Lost opportunity, lost revenue, data you did not back up, and indirect loss are excluded.
Nothing in the Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or harm to life, physical integrity, or mandatory public-policy duties. If you are a consumer under the French Consumer Code, those mandatory rules apply; unenforceable clauses are deemed unwritten.
Term, suspension, termination
The Terms apply for as long as you have an account or use the app.
You may delete your account in the app (logical erasure; consequences in the privacy policy). The publisher may suspend or terminate access for breach, prolonged inactivity, or cessation of the service, with reasonable notice where possible.
Personal data
Processing is described in the privacy policy.
Illegal content
Single point of contact: contact form. To report illegal content: report form. The publisher acknowledges the report, handles it and states the reasons for the decision.
Changes to these terms
A minor correction is published on this page without a new acceptance. A substantial change is announced at least 30 days ahead (upcoming-version page, in-app banner and email). On the effective date you must accept the new version. If you refuse, you may sign out or delete the account, free of charge. Earlier versions stay available: archive.
Language
The Terms are drafted in French. Translations are for information. If they diverge, the French version prevails between professionals. For a consumer, the interpretation most favourable to that consumer prevails.
Governing law and disputes
The Terms are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought via the contact form. Failing agreement, the competent French courts have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory venue rules (including if you are a consumer resident in the European Union).
