Price, duration, withdrawal and liability for paid Teamflow plans.

These terms of sale supplement the terms of use. The publisher is F. Cárdenas, entrepreneur individuel, micro-entrepreneur (SIREN communiqué via le formulaire de contact, SIRET communiqué via le formulaire de contact, TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI).
Price
Consumer prices are in euros, net of VAT: TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI. The price is the one shown at checkout on the App Store, Google Play, or on the Network Pack quote.
Consumers — store subscriptions
Pro Manager and Premium Leader are auto-renewing subscriptions collected by Apple or Google. Duration, price and renewal are shown before payment. The publisher supplies the service.
Unless you cancel before the end of the period in the store subscription settings, the plan renews for the same length. You can cancel online without giving a reason.
When a subscription ends or a payment fails, no content is deleted: reading stays open; new additions beyond the free quota are blocked.
A price increase is announced before it applies. Apple and Google inform the subscriber and collect consent when their rules require it.
Withdrawal. You have 14 days from subscription to withdraw, without reason, using the form below or the contact form. If you ask for the service to start during that period, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully performed, or that any refund is pro rata. Store refunds are processed by Apple or Google.
Legal guarantee of conformity for digital services applies for the whole subscription (French Consumer Code).

Professionals — Network Pack
The Network Pack is reserved for professionals. The price is net (VAT exemption, French CGI art. 293 B), quoted, from the published amount.
Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice. Late payment incurs interest at the ECB refinancing rate plus 10 points, and a flat 40 euro recovery fee.
Towards a professional, the publisher’s liability is capped at the amount paid for the Network Pack over the last 12 months. Indirect loss is excluded. The cap does not apply to gross negligence, fraud, or where it would empty an essential duty.
Data processing (GDPR article 28). Where the professional client decides the purposes for its downline’s data, that client is controller and the publisher is processor. The publisher notifies a personal-data breach to the client within 48 hours of becoming aware of it.
