Where should Zoom links and workshops go so the team can find them?

On the team calendar in Teamflow. The link and the time stay on the event, visible to members, instead of on a separate shared calendar.

Can coaching sessions between a leader and team members live there too?

Yes. A coaching session is a calendar event: time, link and the team members concerned, in the same place as the workshops.
