Product documentation for customers

The manager picks documents from the library and opens them to customers, read-only, through a public link protected by a code. The customer reads the product sheets without joining the team and without a member account.

How does a customer read the product documentation?

The manager shares the public link and the code. The customer opens the documents marked for them, read-only.

Does the customer become a team member?

No. The customer space is separate. A team member joins the team with the invite code.
